AQA 2014 Support for Quality Conference - Registration Form
The AQA 2014 Support for Quality Conference will be held from 9.30am - 5.00pm on Wednesday 10 September 2014. The venue for this event is the Royal Society of New Zealand, 11 Turnbull Street, Thorndon, Wellington. The theme for the day is "Challenges and Opportunities in Internal Quality Assurance". The registration fee is NZ$200 per person (including GST).

Registration
To register for the 2014 Conference, please complete the form below and press "Register Now". Please complete a separate form for each person attending the Conference. (Note: we are happy to prepare invoices for organisations to cover more than one attendee if requested in the field below regarding payment). If you require AQA to issue a formal letter of invitation to the conference for employment or travel purposes, please indicate this below. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodation to/from the event. Lunch and other refreshments will be provided.
